Changing plan

I went on line and changed my plan. Have an order number. that was a week ago. No email yet about when they are shipping my order. Does it typically take that long for them to ship orders. I have double-play now and changed to Triple Play HD. 

They did email and state they got the order and were working on it.

Hello auntleen. Typically you should have received an email about the change of service within a few days. I can check your account for the recent order. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account and assist.
