Changes to monthly charges

Why is my bill now $78 per month!! I ordered service & it was $39 plus tax. I am now paying double to what i ageed to. I did not even know it went up until i saw the high charge for “comcast” i had ordered from xfinity & thought the comcast was a bogus charge. I dint even know i was signed up for auto payments. I guess asking about billing is not allowed since it wont let me choose it
