Any advice on viewing my contract? I go "my account" then "settings" then "legal documents" when I click the link for teh contract all i get is what you see below. I have tried multople browsers, multiple computers over multiple days. I have tried chatting, I have tried calling. No result. I have been told that comcast cannot email me a PDF nor will they mail me a hard copy. I find it hard to beleive that if I am to be beholden to a contract that I have no way to read it. I must also say that I find it extremely frustrating that there is no email address to send concerns to.
Hi Adam15, I can review this further for you, and just to confirm you can log in ok ,and getting this error only when you try to view your agreement PDF? If you are still experiencing this issue please send me a private message with your account information (name on account, address and account number.
