Cannot manage account

When I want to sign in to My Account to check my bill or do anything, I get this error:

We couldn't sign you into My Account.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.

 

What do I need to do to pay to my bill, etc. ?

Hello mathrunner12, do you get this error while trying to change service or do you get the error while trying to sign into your account online?
