Cannot login to my account

I recently signed up for Xfinity and set up an account in store. When I try to login in, I can log in successfully, but when I try to click on any buttons or access my billing information, it prompts me to login to my account email address, which I never set up. When I enter the same password as my original Xfinity log in, it says that Xfinity cannot log me into my account.


I've tried resetting my password, but it hasn't worked. I've also tried using the Xfinity Chat feature, but that does not work either. I've also tried scheduling a call back, but that feature isn't working right now either. I am very frustrated.
