Cannot access to "My Account"

Hello,

 

When I click "MY ACCOUNT", it says "We couldn't sign you into My Account, Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time."

 

 It's been almost 3 weeks. I cannot see my bill details. What should I do?

This is happening to me as well. I would really like an answer to this question.

I can't access the my account easier. Site is slow as s*** and gives server side errors.
