On the iOS app under billing it says cannot load click to try again. It never loads. Online when I sign in a can access all pages except billing. It tells me a communication error has occured try again later. It has been almost a week like this. Why cant I view my billing section anymore??
Hi Jhoward91, have you tried signing in using a different browser? Can you access your bill by going through our "Xfinity Connect" app? Is your username the primary user on the account?
