Cannot Access "My Account" Settings

Hello. I recently ordered my Xfinity service and after having to approve my account twice due to technical difficulties with the automated system, I still find myself unable to access my account so I can pay my bill. I have already called the support hotline twice and do not wish to resolve the matter over the telephone at this time.

I would like to look into this for you from here. To protect the privacy of your account, please send me a private message verifying your full name, street address including city, state, and zip code (and apartment number if one is associated), and the full account number or phone number associated with your services.
