Cancelling services

I called in on 2/24/2018 and cancelled my service. How long does it take for that service to show cancelled on my billing? They said I had two weeks to return the devices from my account and I returned them on Friday 3/2/2018, less than a week after I canceled. The store representative was rude so I forgot to ask to make sure the service was cancelled. My account is still showing active and they sent a bill on 2/28/2018 with nothing on my online account showing I called on 2/24/18. My service when I checked it a few days ago showed my services were gone, tonight it shows I have X1 with one device. I'm a little confused.
