Cancellation of Service

Hi, So currently I'm under a promotion that includes cable and internet for $135 per month. I would like to cancel the cable starting March 2nd as I don't want cable any longer due to the fact that I barely watch TV due to traveling. Any help on how to get this process started is greatly appreciated.

I am 99 percent sure you need to call or chat to accomplish this. Not possible here.
