Cancellation of Internet Service

I raised a request for cancellation of Internet service on portal.  But when I chatted with online agent about it.  The agent denies theres any request to cancel the service.  The agent wants me contact the customer support center through phone.


Why is my service cancellation not processed yet ?

Hi, sealancer - Please send me your full name, address, and a phone or account number in a private message. I will check your account and see what happened with the cancellation request.
