Canceling services; Better to do via phone or My Account?

I'm cleaning up my relationship with Comcast... well it's really not a relationship.. just been pouring money into them for very little value back. My 2 year contract is up! I honored my end, now I'm looking to cancel.

 

Is it better to just do it online or call in? To be honest, I could be convinced to stick around if there is no contract since I own my modem and have the boxes already. Home security can be returned since no one calls when the alarms went off..lol.
