Canceling Comcast because they cannot bill correctly

We are canceling our Comcast service because they cannot bill us correctly!!  I have not received a bill since Dec 2013.  They claim that they set up eBilling for us at OUR request -- which did not happen -- and then they sent the bill to an email address that does not exist.  I could not access the bill online because I did not have the PIN #,...because they sent that to the nonexistent email address.  Every month they were charging us between $30.57 to $39 extra per month than what was authorized.  Now, when I finally got a very helpful CSR that was able to get me access to the account, so I could see the mess that Comcast had created with our account -- well, they tell me that they cannot make adjustments on our account -- FOR COMCAST'S BLOODY ERRORS!!!  So, I am canceling my account immediately.
