Canceled service still active

Hello,

 
I have canceled the internet service by calling the customer support and returned the cable modem on Feb 1, 2018. 
However, in my XFINITY account I see the internet connection being active and a new service bill due Feb 26, 2018.
 
I do not have U.S. phone number and adress anymore. Is there a way how to contact the customer support from abroad?
 
The chat option does not work due to missing phone number error.
 
Please help.
