Is the service in your name? Did you rent any equipment?
You need to return any equipment that you have to a Comcast store, and make sure you get a receipt for it. You can also return equipment to a local UPS store - again, get a receipt.
You can call to discontinue service, but the equipment needs to be returned within 10 days of canceling.
