Cancel service

I have twice now used the form to cancel service and have received no response. Does the form not actually work?


The first time was over a week ago. I never received a call as the follow up screen indicated I would. I just now went through the process again. What gives?

Hi jsimpson82 -- I can help with cancelling your service. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know what day you want to service to stop.
