Cancel service Billing nightmare

Cancelled our service June 02/2014. May service (5/07-6/06) paid 5/23/2014 on Autopay (unfortunately). Now being billed for June (6/07-7/06)! Cannot stop Autopay. Was on phone for 40 minutes with billing. Put on hold twice. Second time they disconnected me!!!!!

Call your Bank's 1-800 customer support number and instruct your Bank to not accept any further transactions from Comcast on your account.   Then monitor you Bank account & If a payment slips through, call Bank again and report the transaction as an Unauthorized transaction that needs to be reversed.

When you can't resolve a problem using the regular customer service channels, send an email to "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and best time to call
    A description of the problem
    A link to your post

A Comcast problem resolution specialist should contact you to follow up. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular phone or chat customer service reps.
