Call your Bank's 1-800 customer support number and instruct your Bank to not accept any further transactions from Comcast on your account. Then monitor you Bank account & If a payment slips through, call Bank again and report the transaction as an Unauthorized transaction that needs to be reversed.
When you can't resolve a problem using the regular customer service channels, send an email to "email@example.com". Include:
Best contact phone number and best time to call
A description of the problem
A link to your post
A Comcast problem resolution specialist should contact you to follow up. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular phone or chat customer service reps.
