How do I cancel TV but keep internet?
Was trying to do it under My Account. It doesn't allow to me modify any services.
Called this number: 18009346489. Got endless automated replies directing me to nowhere.
Please help. Thanks.
Comcast doesn't allow downgrades or cancellation on line; i.e., via a website. If one of the employees here helps you, it's considered to be on line, though, and would keep you from having to call again.
