Cancel TV, ONLY WANT INTERNET

Hi Comcast,

I’ve reently been trying to cancel my cable TV and only keep my Blast internet, as I’m hardly home and when I am I’m online doing homework or my children are playing video games. I’ve been on chat, I’ve called, and I’ve visited a local Comcast center to no avail. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and all I want is a simple cancellation process that allows me to retain my internet, drastically cut my expenses bumpy cancelling TV, and remain a customer of Comcast. It’s infuriating to continuously get the run around when I believe my request is simple and straight to the point. HELP!!!!!
