I can’t cancel directv yet so need to cancel my order and reorder cable tv in 9months

do a have to call in

@Hanley247- Aside from the capable Comcast employees on the forum here, I found this XFINITY link that lists the different ways you can get in touch with Comcast to change/cancel your service.   https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-my-xfinity-services
