Can we cancel?

What is the special you are running for $30 per month for xfinity? We are not thrilled about the shows we get. Most we already get without cable. Can we decide to just return everything and cancel service? Great service just no real shows worth spending this much money for. We dont want to subscribe to more as we are capped out at what we can pay.

Hi Sectetgardena, you can cancel your services at anytime. I show that you have two services with us currently, if you did want to cancel TV service you would not be penalized for cancelling before you your contract date is up as long as you keep one service active with us. If you're out of contract then you will not be charged an early termination fee to cancel your account. If you need further assistance with finding a better deal for what you currently subscribe to please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me".
