Hi, Pharrell - I would be happy to help, did you get issues with the My Account web page/app access?
Yes I can't see my billing info can you change the account holder to the person on the bill I changed it without thinking now I can't see my billing information.
I don't have everything I need to transfer the account like I wanted can you please give the original account holder the rights. I made a mistake i'm sorry I just wanna access my billing and pay my bill this month.
once I have everything to transfer the account to either me or my mother I will let you know.
how am I supposed to pay the bill if its locked out. it's in my name but I'm locked out please give me access to my account. or change it back like it was until I get the proper paperwork I made a grave mistake which Im paying for now please Give access to the original account holder and unlock me out.
this is just awful I dont want a 4k box anymore I just wanna be able to pay my bill please help me..........
@Pharrell - I would be happy to assist but I'm not quite sure what you mean by saying "give access to the original account holder and unlock me out". If you need to pay your bill asap you have an option to call us and an agent from Customer Support team will be able to take a payment. If you have any technical issues with your account - send me your full name, the account holder's name as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number and I will troubleshoot your issue.
