I have had Comcast for a few months. Whenever I try to manage my account from any device, I always get a message box that says”hello you’re a Netflix customer call xfinityfor assistance. I can see my bill , but I can’t do a simple thing like manage channels. I finally called, and the poor guy spoke such broken English that we could hardly communicate. He did say he’d pass it on to tech support and it would be fixed . I did a live chat finally and got the same answer. Of course it is still the same. Any answers would sure be appreciated
