Can’t change/manage my services online

I would like to manage my plan online but I get this error instead: 

 

We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.

Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help.

 

Can someone please help me fix this? Thanks.

It's a known issue. Would you like an employee to help you here on the forums?
