Can’t add XG1v4-a to my account

I just received the new XG1v4-a box in the mail. I tried activating it but was told I needed to call. After being on the phone for literally over an hour I’m being told I would need to have the device scanned at a store or get another one and pay another $15 in shipping. The rep I spoke with seemed to think there were more barcodes on the bottom of this device than there actually is. Any chance a rep on here can try to get this thing added to my account?
