I'm having the same issue - this looks to be pretty common from browsing through these forums yet anyone I speak to in customer service doesn't have a clue. If there's a solution can it be rolled out to all accounts.
It's crazy that you are getting the run-around on the phone after it was finally acknowledged that this was a nationwide issue. You'd think they would let their customer service reps know and have them put in tickets right away to fix this already known problem. I figured they would have rolled out a site wide fix by now. I keep seeing more and more of these posts popping up on this forum.
I'm having the same issue and I don't know what to do. I have chatted with someone on comcast every single day and they frequently just leave the chat because no one knows how to fix this. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't access any of my profile? I am going to miss the date! This is awful customer service and a huge technology issue that needs to be fixed or I will end up having to change my service within a single month of signing up.
Just wanted to let you know my ticket has been open 8 days now and no resolution. I spent hours on the phone last time to no end. My ticket has not been answered and I still cannot access my account. No calls from Comcast, no concern. Customer service is garbage. If you're still within the 30 days, cancel.

I am also having the same issues not being able to login to MyAccount as the above posters. This started immediately when I signed up with Comcast. Phone tech support also did not know how to fix it. Can I send you a PM with my name and account number?

@ComcastChe, Am I in the twilight zone? i bought a netgear cable modem on tuesday last week. Had a tech install and rewire the house today (Sunday) the cable modem had some known back end problem with provisioning, I have the streaming tv service so I dont have to pay for equipment, cant stream tv. cant access my account. This is just unreal with all my problems in one day.

I can not even find the "send a mesasge" option in your page. Does it only appear when you are online?
Anyways, I just started a new service today and found the exact same issue for my account. Since I cannot get to my account page, nor sending you a mesasge, or even start a live chat (complaining about invalid account number but nowhere to enter this information), I am stuck. Would you send me a private message or a call to fix it before I cancel the service?
