Can't Mange Plan Online

I'm considering changing my current plan, but every time I use the Manage Plan link I get an error saying:

 

We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.

Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help.

 

I refuse to call in and wait on hold to talk to someone in another country that I can't understand.  I don't get why everything with Comcast is always so difficult.

The error thing is a known issue. 

 

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
