Call to CSR and decline IVR prompt to participate in survey, I get call "thx for agreeing survey"

Call to CSR and decline IVR prompt to participate in survey, I get call "thx for agreeing survey"

This has happened 3-4 times that I called.

When you call toll free number for Xfinity mobile, along with other prompts, you get asked "Press 1 to participate in survey after call, 2 to decline survey"

I press 2, and yet I always get call later on "Thanks for agreeing to participate in survey".

Hi aFriendlyFriend -- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will review our IVR survey to see why this is happening and create a resolution for it.
