Cable technician

I switched to Comcast today and cable technician left a big hole in wall with cables sticking out. No cover on it. Cover is just hanging. It looks hideous. I’m not happy already as a new customer. I had ATT before and cables were put back in place when finished. I’m a very unhappy customer right now.

Hi Bilingual1910 -- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The technician should have connected that cover back to the wall. I can setup a return job to get these cables and cover placed properly in the wall. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, either account number or linked phone number, and days/times that work best for you.
