Cable not working again

Again I have no Cable. This seems to be an every other day thing with your services. I'm getting sick of this and if this is how services are with yas I'll be cancelling my services..

Did you have a chance to check the My Account App to see if there were any service interruptions in your area? I'd be happy to take a deeper look into this to see if I'm able to isolate a cause for your issues. Can you please verify your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
