Cable keeps scrambling and freezing

To whom it may concern,
For the last 3 weeks my cable keeps freezing, scrambling, and then I get the “we’re sorry we’re having some issues” the screen goes black and it tells me to try again later. I’ve tried resetting the cable box, reset the TV, and nothing. I’m paying top dollar on triple play plan to have what couple shows I do watch I can’t. I’d like someone to contact me regarding this issue. I’ve had to call Comcast for other issues and if this is the service I’m gonna get then I’d rather go elsewhere. If need be I have numerous pictures/videos of this going on for the last 3 weeks. Thanks
