Cable down on pole.

How am to get someone to respond to a problem with my cable after a car hit the pole last night and took off?

Police came last night checked it out filed a report and called Unitil, but did not inform Comcast about this matter. Now I'm without cable, internet and phone.

I've tried to call and chat online and can't seem to get thru

Please help

Hi Newnikki4, I show that we have already addressed this issue and we are currently working on getting a tech out to fix the problem.
