A power surge came through our cable line and fried our router, cable DVR, the HDMI port on our TV, plus our Apple TV and Fire stick. How do I get these replaced ASAP?
Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against Forum Guidelines.
Unless Comcast didn't wire your place properly, it's unlikely that they will reimburse you for those items. Lightning strikes/power surges are an "Act of God", not negligence. You'll want to submit your claim to your renter's/homeowner's insurance.
I can start a damage claim for you on our end. Please send me a private message by clicking on my name, "ComcastChe" then click private message me. In the body of this message please verify your first and last name, street address including city state and zip code, and the account number or phone number associated with your services.
