I was supposed to have someone come out and bury the cable for my new service last month. They came out and said that the cable was improperly grounded and that he couldn't complete the jon. He said that he would contact you to let you know. I have yet to hear from anyone.
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
I can reach out to the local techs in your area to get this buried. Can you please verify your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
