Cable Bill / Account

I have been a long-time customer.  There was a period that I left Comcast and went to Verizon but I came back to Comcast.  The account was initially in my Dad's name  and is now in my name after his passing.  There are a lot of the pay channels that I do not watch, like HBO, Showtime, etc. I've wanted to try and lower my bill several times but have been told there was nothing they could do.  Without loosing my internet speed and my on demand, isn't there a package that is lower in price.  I see these incentives for new customers for $70 a month, etc. and wished you had something for long-time customers.   How can we lower my bill
