CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO HELP

NO LANDLINE SERVICE SINCE 1/27/18    BILL NOT ADJUSTED DUE TO SERVICES BEING CHARGED THAT I NEVER REQUESTED AND I HAVE HAD NO HOME PHONE SERVICE BUT HAVE BEEN CHARGED   ALL I GET IS PROMISES AFTER AT LEAST 30 CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERVISOR PROMISES  I AM AT A LOSS AS TO WHY NO ONE EVEN CARES ENOUGH TO HELP ME AFTER AROUND 30 YEARS WITH COMCAST  THE ONLY THING I KNOW TO DO NOW IS CONTACT LEGAL SERVICES AND THIS IS JUST A SHAME
