I am moving. My service was cut off 4 days early in my current location. My first call to CS, after the computer finished harassing me because there is no option for my issue,  I was told there was nothing they could do to help. That was obviously unacceptable so I called back to try for tech support. This got me to customer solutions, then to account activations who canceled everything and started over. This got my service back on at my current location and set up for new location in 4 days. However, the agreement I had was cancelled and apparently cannot be reinstated due to promotional limitations. This restarted a 2 year agreement that is not the same, or as preferable as the one I was in the middle of...I just want what I had without a 4 day interruption in service for no good reason... I know there is someone with the authority to get me back where I am supposed to be, I just don't know how to engage that person to fix my problem...
