CALLED 6 TIMES NO HELP GIVEN

My cable line got pulled off my house, it’s a safety concern as well as no internet and I’ve called SIX TIMES, said it was a safety concern. Each time I was told a tech would be out the next day only to have no one show up. HELP! Or help me switch to AT&T, either will work.
