I have 1 orange cable and 1 black cable that need to be burried. The orange one is newer (a couple months). The black one was tacked onto the upper fence since last year. My back neighbor wants it removed. They refused to have the orange one tacked up there also. It would be nice to have them all buried sooner than later.
