My cable lines were replaced in January in MN, and thus, the ground was frozen and snow covered, which prevented them from being buried at the time.
The ground is now thawed and the grass is growing (needing to be mowed), and I'm not looking forward to working around these wires laying across my backyard.
How do I get Comcast/Xfinity to send someone out to bury the lines as they said that they would do?
