Hi, For 5 months i have been trying to get the Comcast cable buried in my yard, 6 calls to comcast customer service, 4 tickets, and
scheduled 3 times, nothing but excuses ( forgot to schedule,cancel ticket --No reason, ect.) No one calls, email, or text to let
me know the status. I am one of many, if you google comcast bury cable you will see this has been going on for a decade or
or longer , then Comcast keeps sending me survey on their service -- is this a joke. I live in Savannah, Ga 31410
