Can someone please let me know how to get in touch with the Bulk Accounts Customer Service??? My bill keeps on changing and getting a hold of anyone is near to impossible. Last time I had to wait for 2 hours for someone to respond and they then told me that they cuodl not help me because I was a residential account... I have had it with Comcast... Will do whatever I have to do cancel the contract.
