Broadcast TV & Regional Sports fees.

It seems if you switch to internet only there's a glitch in their billing. If you see these two fees in your bill, or online looking at your plan, make sure you contact Comcast and get them removed. It appears it isn't automatic.

Hi Oregoncat, thank you for your post.  If you are coming from a promotion with TV to new one without, it could take up to your next billing cycle for these fees to reflect correctly online.  If you would like for me to review your account,  please send me a private message with your account information (your name, address and account number).

I already communicated with another employee to get it straightened out. I posted this because so many other people have posted about it, to let them know that they shouldn't be billed these fees and to make sure they contact comcast. Wouldn't want comcast to keep collecting these fees from uniformed customers.
