I would like to look into this for you from here. To protect the privacy of your account, can you provide your full name, street address including city, state, and zip code (and apartment number if one is associated), and the full account number or phone number associated with your services. I’d like to private message a Comcast employee about changing/upgrading my service but when I click on the name I don’t have the option to private message. I feel like the 800 number hasn’t been very helpful. Any help is appreciated.
