My Bill has jumped $50-$60 from March to April, 2018. There was no warning nor explanation. I have no intention of paying this Bill. Would like Comcast Rep to contact me with solution to XFINITY's problem or I will cancel service and pickup new provider. 2nd time this has happened.

Re: Billing

Sudden price increases usually signal the end of a promotional period, which can be written into a contract.  Have you lined up an old and new bill, and gone through them line by line to see where the increase comes in?  That should show you what happened.

Re: Billing

Hi poolebo -- Welcome_to_Post is correct. Price increases are an indication of promotional discounts expiring. This would not be considered an Xfinity problem since it is made clear at the time your package what the promotional price length is. I can help you with getting a new discounted rate. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will review your account to see if there are any new offers available.
