prior to I received an email requesting a payment of $200 (no idea for what)Spoke to a representative and supervisor: Being charged a month in advance? Makes no sense, if I were to cancel then logically I would have a month of service after I have canceled right? Had service 28 Feb 2018 received a paper bill (due: $49.06 March 18, 2018) went online(late payment: due $102.55) charged on 1 month for 2???? have a $100 deposit to avoid a credit check. Why should I pay for a service I have yet to receive? I chose the internet phone(landline) deal for $50 a month locked in a 2-year contract, am I then paying for 2 years and 1 month?

Re: Billing

Hi gaguilar1 -- I can help explain your billing charges to you. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number. I'll review your charges and give you a breakdown of how they're charged.
