Billing

Before I moved I was told by a Comcast agent that I would be able to take my service from Chicago to Iowa , but when I got to Iowa and tried to set everything up I was told that Comcast didn’t provide service out here and I was forced to close my account , and now I’m being charged a termination fee because I was forced to close my account by Comcast.

An early termination fee would apply because you moved to an area Comcast doesn't service.  In effect, you're breaking the contract you had with Comcast.  Because of territorial restrictions Comcast cannot service the entire country.

Re: Billing

Hi MJ4_4, what Again stated above is correct and since you moved out of the Comcast footprint and had to break contract the ETFs do apply.

Thank you
