Why does my bill increase at least every January. This time a 3% increase. Getting a little sick and tired of being nickeled and dimed all the time. Also, why no sooner that I pay my monthly bill that I get my next bill right away. Unlike any other monthly bill I pay for anything else, Comcast sends me my monthly billing immediately after I pay it. This one is not due until January 22nd so what is the hurry?

As we continue to make improvements to our products and services, and as programmers charge more to carry their networks, our cost of doing business increases. As a result, prices for certain services and fees have increased.
Comcast bills for service a month in advance. This would be why you get a bill in the mail well before it is due.
