I scheduled an upcoming payment and want to change the date. How do I do that? If I can't change the date ,how do I cancel the payment? I will then go in and reschedule it.

Hi, Joanne3535 - In My Account webpage click on Billing, under Upcoming and Pending Payments you should see your scheduled payment. Right next to it you will see an option to Manage Scheduled Payments - click on it, then click Manage. It will give you an option to change the amount and/or the scheduled date. Please let me know if you get any issues.
