I was billed for a connection service, but tech was unable to perform the required service.I called Comcast and after looking at my record, they confirmed I should not have been charged and I was advised the charge would be reversed. My tenant just called me advising me there was no service due to non-payment. I am furious! This service must be reconnected today!
